Travis started Relative Models after watching good teams get stuck with AI: the useful output was buried in chat logs, different clients' work kept blending together, and nobody could explain the bill at the end of the month. So he built the version he wished existed — separate spaces for every client, helpers with real jobs, and a price on every piece of work.
